What we were up against
Due to the scale of the project, there were real challenges communicating with the other trades on site to ensure the overall programme stayed on track. Our management team had to manage that communication carefully so we could anticipate any delays caused by time extensions from the trades ahead of us.
How we delivered
We overcame this by keeping our client well informed of what we needed to prevent further delays to the programme, and going the extra mile to bring the programme back up to speed. The package was well within our capabilities, and we delivered the whole project to a very high standard and to the client's satisfaction across the nursery, primary and secondary school on one site.
