The Challenge

What we were up against

The biggest challenge we overcame on this project was the number of variations given to us by the main contractor. The scheme started out as a £60k order and became £160k once finished, with a great many unforeseen variables along the way.

Our Solution

How we delivered

We communicated well with our client throughout and organised the extra labour required, so the programme was still completed on time. Our team were really excited to work on this scheme, and we enjoyed working on such an aesthetically pleasing building while incorporating some of our own design ideas. This five-storey Victorian mill offered many rewards, and our knowledge of design and our experience helped meet the design brief given by the client.
