What we were up against
The biggest challenge on this project was the logistics of taking deliveries and moving them efficiently to where they needed to be on a live £200 million construction site.
How we delivered
We overcame this by making sure every delivery was booked in with the main contractor and arrived on the correct pallets so materials could be distributed easily around the site. Communication was the key to keeping this efficient and everyone on the same page. We consider this one of our flagship projects due to the prestige and profile of the scheme, and it gave us a real chance to prove our capabilities in high-end commercial joinery packages.
