The challenge
The new rooms were formed in an undercroft that was never built as living space, so openings and walls weren't always true. Doors also needed acoustic and drop-down seals so each room met sound requirements between rooms.
Our approach
CJ packed out frames where the existing structure needed it, then fitted doorsets, seals and ironmongery as one sequence, followed by architraves, skirting and the wet-room panels. Our price included fixings, horizontal distribution and project management, so Project Interiors had a single point of contact for the joinery.
Outcome
CJ completed the joinery for the new rooms in 2023.
