CJ Joinery Contracts delivered the following packages of work across this project.
- Demolition (internal walls / strip out)
- Minor building works (bricking up window and door openings, etc.)
- Repair and restoration of shop fronts including decoration
- Full fit out including walls, ceilings, bulkheads and wall finishes
- Kitchen installation
- Up to 10m curved gantry wall and all fixtures and fittings
- Complete decoration package
- SMSTS Site Manager provided for full duration
What we were up against
BoyleSports' UK rollout runs to challenging programmes and timelines, often with several shops on the go at once and work on both nights and days. Each shop can run from full strip-out and major structural works through to shop fitting and minor works.
How we delivered
We are involved from start to finish on each shop, with an SMSTS Site Manager provided for the full duration. Our teams cover demolition and strip-out, minor building works, repair and restoration of shop fronts, the full fit-out (walls, ceilings, bulkheads, wall finishes, kitchen, up to 10m curved gantry wall and all fixtures and fittings) and the decoration package, working within the CDM framework.
