The Challenge

The challenge

Unlike Angel Lane, CJ's work areas at North Lodge were handed over exclusively during the holidays, so there was no major live-environment constraint for the joinery package.

The focus was therefore on efficient installation, coordination and achieving a clean finish across the redesigned amenity spaces.

Our Approach

Our approach

CJ used the holiday possession period to progress the joinery efficiently without resident interfaces.

The team coordinated closely with Project Interiors so wall panelling, doorsets, screens and other joinery aligned with the wider fit-out sequence.

Outcome

CJ completed the package successfully and contributed to the refreshed reception, meeting, study and social areas.

The project is a good example of CJ Joinery Contracts delivering a compact but varied commercial joinery package efficiently when provided with clear access and programme control.
